Terms and Conditions for Talk Clean To Me Cleaning Services

Welcome to Talk Clean To Me! We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, stress-free cleaning services. To ensure that every cleaning session is enjoyable and efficient for both our clients and our team, please review our terms and conditions below. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms, which are designed to keep everything running smoothly and fairly for everyone involved.

 

Defined Terms;

[the customer] and [you]– The person that is authorising this quotation.

[Talk Clean To Me] – The business providing this quote and services to the customer.

[these terms] and [Terms and Conditions] – The terms and conditions set out below, by Talk Clean To Me, for the customer.

 

1. Standard Services and Scope of Work

Our team will provide all services as agreed upon during the initial consultation and booking. Each session is tailored to co ver the specific areas and tasks discussed, allowing us to focus on delivering excellent quality within the allotted time.

2. Additional Services and Special Requests

We understand that sometimes extra tasks or additional rooms need attention. We’re here to help, and we’d love to make any necessary arrangements for added services in advance.

Advance Scheduling: If you’d like to add tasks that were not initially included in your service agreement, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and we can either add some more time onto the scheduled appointment, if available and convenient for you, or swap the task for something else if extra time is not an option.

 

• Why Advance Notice Matters: This policy allows us to plan accordingly so our cleaners can work at a comfortable pace and maintain the high standards you expect. When additional tasks are requested during a scheduled session, it can create unnecessary pressure and affect the quality of the work completed. Scheduling in advance ensures everyone has a clear, achievable plan for the day.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible as our schedule gets very busy. Th e sooner we have notice, the better chance we have of being able to find you an alternative date.

4. Payment and Billing

All services are billed at the rates discussed during booking and this quote. Any adjustments to your cleaning plan will be billed at the agreed-upon rates, and any additional services added in advance will be reflected in the final invoice sent to you at the end of the month from our registered company, Harrogates FM Ltd.

5. Respectful and Safe Working Environment

Our cleaners work hard to ensure your property is spotless and welcoming. We ask that all clients provide a safe and respectful environment for our team. If there are any specific requirements for your property, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate.

6. Non-Solicitation and Non-Circumvention

The Customer agrees that they shall not, whether directly or indirectly, solicit, employ, or engage any employee, contractor, or subcontractor introduced or provided by Talk Clean To Me (Harrogates FM Ltd) to perform services outside the scope of the Company’s formal arrangements. This restriction shall apply during the term of any services provided by the Company and for a period of 12 months following termination of such services. Any breach of this clause shall constitute a material breach of contract. In the event of such breach, the Company reserves the right to recover from the Customer any financial losses or damages incurred as a result.

7. Wet Floor Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver

By accepting our quote, you, the customer, acknowledge that any floors that have agreed to be mopped during our visit may remain wet for several hours after the service is completed. You also accept that it is your sole responsibility to make and occupants or visitors aware of the hazards set out in this clause, in advance of us visiting your property.

 

You understand and accept that wet floors can pose a slip hazard. We take all reasonable precautions to notify customers of t he potential for wet floors, including but not limited to verbal notification during our visit. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that all occupants and visitors to the property are made aware of this hazard.

 

Talk Clean To Me shall not be held liable for any slips, falls, or injuries resulting from wet floors after our service, as you, the customer, have been duly notified of this condition in advance.

8. Notification of Potential Trip Hazards and Liability Waiver

Certain equipment used by Talk Clean To Me during cleaning services may require the use of power cables, which could pose a potential trip hazard within your property. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure that all occupants and visitors within your property are made aware of these hazards in advance of the service.

 

By accepting these terms and conditions, you, the customer, acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential risks associated with our equipment and accept full responsibility for notifying all individuals in the property, prior to our visit. Talk Clean To Me shall not be held liable for any injuries, trips, or falls caused by power cables or other equipment in the property during our service as you, the customer, have been duly notified in advance of these potential hazards.

 

9. Allergen and Product Sensitivity Disclaimer

It is the sole responsibility of the property owner, occupier, or authorised representative to inform us in writing of any allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions related to specific cleaning products or ingredients prior to any cleaning service being carried out. This includes, but is not limited to, sensitivities affecting people, pets, or equipment within the premises. We do not accept liability for any allergic reactions, health issues, or related incidents arising from the use of cleaning products, unless we have been notified in advance in writing of specific restrictions and have confirmed our ability to accommodate them.

 

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to meet or exceed your expectations with every visit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a specific aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly and ensure you are fully satisfied with our service.
